Workplace Yoga Classes
At Flow Align, we believe in upfront pricing and offer a flat rate of $120 per 60 minute yoga class. All with our highly professional, fully trained and insured top notch teachers.
Sessions typically are booked in blocks of 5, 10 or 20 and scheduled either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly for maximum benefit to employees to maintain a regular practice and allowing for more employees to try the class.

Our yoga sessions can be held in any available space in your office that fits the number of expected participants. Whether it's a meeting room, open space, or multi-purpose area, we'll work with what you have to create a safe and comfortable environment for everyone to enjoy their practice.

For one-off classes, we may be able to supplement a few yoga mats, but we do not provide all mats for every participant. However, for block bookings of 20 or more sessions, Flow Align will provide up to 20 mats, which we kindly ask to be stored in the office space for the duration of the series.
Mats can be purchased as an add-on if you wish to provide them to your participants. -
All of our teachers are 200hr YTT certified and have full liability insurance coverage.

Chair Yoga: A gentle practice done sitting in or standing beside a chair—great for small spaces, limited mobility, or staying in office attire. Ideal for stretching and relaxation without needing a mat.
Mat Yoga: Traditional yoga on a mat, incorporating a full range of poses from floor work to standing stretches. Perfect for those with more space and who want a deeper, full-body practice.
